Working together clearly
Terms & Conditions.
Our approach to project scope, AI-assisted development, payment, security responsibilities and ongoing support.

1. About these terms
These terms describe general use of the NexoraDevs website and the basis on which we discuss our website development and digital services. Browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not, by itself, create a contract for paid services. Projects begin only when both parties agree to a written scope and commercial terms. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement governs that project, subject to applicable law.
2. Services and prices
We offer landing pages, business websites, website redesign, UI/UX work, on-page SEO, basic analytics setup, performance improvements, CMS/integrations, hosting support and optional maintenance. Displayed prices are starting estimates, not binding quotations. Custom functionality, extra pages, domain registration, hosting, third-party subscriptions and applicable taxes may cost extra. We provide a project-specific quote before work starts.
3. AI-assisted development disclosure
NexoraDevs may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with website planning, design concepts, written content, coding, debugging, testing and other development tasks. AI-generated material can contain mistakes, vulnerabilities, outdated information, licensing restrictions or factual inaccuracies. We review and test the work within the agreed project scope, but do not claim that AI-generated or human-written work is automatically accurate, secure, original or free of defects. The project agreement should identify any sensitive data restrictions, client approvals and special compliance requirements.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing lawful content, accurate information, needed permissions and timely approvals. Clients must hold appropriate rights to text, images, branding and material they supply. Clients are responsible for the security of credentials and accounts under their control, as well as the accuracy of business claims, product information and their own statutory notices. Requirements for regulated businesses or sensitive personal data should be disclosed in writing before work begins.
5. Timelines, revisions and payments
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Timelines begin when required content, approvals and the agreed advance payment are received. Our typical booking approach is a 50% advance, with remaining payments according to written milestones. A revision round means one consolidated set of changes within the approved scope. Additional revisions, new features or delays caused by third parties may require a revised quote or schedule. Refunds, cancellations, acceptance criteria and handover conditions must be stated in the project agreement; statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Security, updates and third-party risks
We aim to follow reasonable development practices and carry out the testing specifically included in the agreed scope. However, **no website can be guaranteed immune to hacking, data loss, service interruptions or other security incidents.** Risks may arise from hosting providers, compromised client credentials, third-party software, outdated plugins, new vulnerabilities, configuration changes and other factors. After handover, responsibility for ongoing patches, backups, monitoring, account access and maintenance must be allocated in the written agreement. These services are not automatically included in a one-time website build.
7. Liability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed contract, NexoraDevs does not accept responsibility for incidents arising solely from client-controlled systems or credentials, unauthorized changes made after handover, or independent third-party failures beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, search rankings, conversions or absolute security. Any contractually agreed financial liability limit must be written in the project agreement. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from our own legally actionable conduct or obligations. These terms are not a blanket waiver of responsibility for insecure code, negligence or other breaches attributable to us.
8. Intellectual property and licensing
Ownership and usage rights for finished deliverables, source files, design assets and third-party components will be explained in the written agreement. Third-party fonts, libraries, stock media, AI tools and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Unless specifically agreed, domain names, hosting accounts and paid third-party subscriptions belong to the party that registers or contracts for them.
9. Search visibility and marketing outcomes
SEO work can improve website structure and readiness for indexing, but we do not promise particular Google rankings, search traffic, visibility in AI assistants, enquiries, sales or advertising results. Analytics measurements may vary due to consent, browser settings and platform restrictions.
10. Maintenance and support
Optional care plans and maintenance are governed by a separate written support scope, including response times, task limits, backup frequency, monitoring, hosting access and exclusions. Without a maintenance agreement, ongoing security patching, updates and emergency incident response should not be assumed to be included.
11. Changes, disputes and applicable law
We may update these public website terms from time to time. Project disputes should first be raised with us in writing at nexoradevsupport@gmail.com. Any dispute resolution procedure, jurisdiction and applicable law for paid services should be specified in the signed project agreement, consistent with mandatory law and consumer rights.
